Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 15 days from the time of purchase to return it for a full refund or exchange. Just mail it back to us: 1124 Queen St. East, Toronto, ON M4M 1K8. SHIPPING COSTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
Gift Cards
At present Gift Cards can only be used “In Store” purchases and can not be used on-line.
Shipping Costs
Most deliveries are made in 5 – 10 business days. Shipping costs are based on the total cost of your order. Total shipping charges will automatically be computed during your checkout unless “pick up at store” option chosen as method of delivery. Delivery surcharges may apply to deliveries to Northern Territories and Large items. Customers will be contacted in such case.
